Fusion Outsourcing Services (Fusion SA) has been named as South Africa’s best offshore BPO contact centre for the second consecutive year. The group received the accolade at the national BPO awards.

“We were thrilled to once again be named the best offshore BPO contact centre in the country,” says Johann Kunz, MD of Fusion SA. “South Africa’s BPO sector has gone from strength to strength over the last few years so to have kept the title again against such strong competition is a real honour.
“We also realise the importance of winning this particular award as offshore BPO has been cited by the government as a huge contributor to job creation in the country, particularly in the current economic environment,” Kunz adds.
Fusion SA also came away with the title of best offshore customer service centre and best HR service provider, both of which were also won for the second year running.
