Pretoria-based contract cleaning company African Corporate Cleaning has chosen Really Simple Systems Hosted CRM from AdvanceNet, to keep all its business-critical client data in one centralised CRM system for easy access and to drive greater efficiency through the business.
When looking for a customer relationship management system, African Corporate Cleaning needed a product that was competitively priced, tailored to a company of its size and easy to use, with many of the company’s staff not being particularly computer literate. With the requirement for it to be a hosted system, it also needed to be as quick a process as possible, with bandwidth in South Africa remaining slow and costly. It has taken the complication out of what was a very time-consuming process and is enabling us to work very well as an organisation. Now we can review each client’s full history at the push of a button.” Really Simple Systems also customised the solution for African Corporate Cleaning to better suit the company’s needs. Green comments: “The system was customised so we could add employee details and link them to our various customer accounts.
