Bytes Document Solutions, authorised Xerox distributor to 27 African countries, has broadened its offering into stationery, offering a one-stop-shop and delivery service of all office supplies.

The company now supplies the full range of office consumables, from pens and paper to transparencies and shredders.
Proving it is serious about its “everything that’s needed in the office environment” offering, Bytes Document Solutions also supplies printer cartridges for HP, Lexmark and Canon, among others, even though it does not distribute the actual printers from these brands.
The one-stop-shop service has only been operational since the beginning of the year, and market take-up has been swift.
“While we might be new to the business of supplying office stationery, we have the advantage of a long established infrastructure, well trained staff with the necessary skills set, a fully operational call centre, and a broad array of customers that have been relying on the quality of our service for years. Now we just need to spread the word that we have broadened our offering into a one-stop office stationery supply shop,” says Melanie Beck, Gauteng regional sales manager for the office channel of Bytes Document Solutions.
